The Word is Out

The word is out. Haven’t you heard?

No one hardly speaks a word.

Is it my business or is it not?

It doesn’t matter, as long as I’ve thought

about it enough to write it down.

I wrote a post and they took it down!

How dare they exercise rights within their site.

Freedom of speech is important. Isn’t it my right?

Not according to the courts – on a social media site.

I don’t know what to do. How do I talk?

If I can’t post it, I’ll have to walk

to my car or computer and send an email,

or worse yet meet in person. Will gossip prevail?

The word is out. Do you know you the intention?

It was none of my business, but I wanted attention!
